Huh. SciFi is cheating (go figure).
I know the show is scheduled for some time in 2010. However, I came across a pre-order for the Caprica pilot, with a scheduled release of April 21st.
It would appear that the pilot has been completed and rather than air it, SciFi is just going to sell it direct to the public. I have a feeling this is a move to help financially support their name change, since by the time Caprica finally airs, it will be erring (sic) on SyFy.
Oh, little torrents. How I love thee.
PS - It's also interesting to note that despite the fact that the 4.0 Limited Edition Gift Set still retails at $50 (granted, you'd have to drive a ways to pick it up), the hounds are already at 2-3 times markup value.
