Invasion Earth: the miniseries was truncated and run on the Skiffy Channel back in 1998 or 1999 (I've been trying to forget), and it could have been a good series. I'd say it's your call.
The Tomorrow People: when even Peter Davison admits that it's a bad Doctor Who clone, that tells you all you need to know. I remember when Nickelodeon just started out circa 1981, and it was running this show three times a day because it couldn't afford much of its own programming.
As for Quatermass, anything in the series is gold. Get it if you can.
