'Tis the Season

I have 2 long-term best friends. I can go a year without talking to either of them, and when we do talk again, we pick right back up where we left off.

I left a message for one a couple days ago, and I got a text message from the other this evening.

In case I ever think they've left my life, I get reminders that is not the case.
