Really? Why does weather.com think I want to watch some saddening video with a title like that? Is it to brighten my morning mood? Put me in good spirits for the upcoming day?

I'm also so tired of their red warning bar across the top of the screen that never goes away - even when all it's warning about is stuff on the other side of the country. You know, that weather stuff that doesn't affect me one bit?

I know I should look into another website for getting my morning weather, but ranting about this one reminds me on a daily basis of how the media has its grips in the minds of the every-day person. It's a sobering thought that I need to keep a look out for this kind of crap all the time.

And every so often, they actually post some good, interesting videos, and I get sucked into the black time sink hole.
