Again???

I just got over one a couple weeks ago. I don't have the energy for this. I haven't been able to get back on a good sleep schedule yet. I'm still exhausted.

I have this, along with many other quotes, written on a paper. The quotes are about belief systems, and I think they came from a video I watched a while back on YouTube or Vimeo, or some other video website, but I can't recall for sure.
