Tired as hell. Back hurting.

This guy, whom I do not know, has added me on Google+.

Tired of the Google+ Notifications. I'll get a notification and then 20min later get an email about the same event. In some instances, the notification box won't clear, so it keeps telling me I have a new notification when I don't.

Why would I want to see every comment someone makes after I comment on a post? And am I getting this right: it doesn't allow for comment threads, just one big thread attached to the original post? Was this how Facebook was set up as well? (I wouldn't know because I never use Facebook either.)

Why can't I re-collapse the comments after I've completed reading them?

I'm jaded. I'm really not impressed with Google+, just as I wasn't impressed with Facebook. I don't like the interface and I'd just prefer this a-here blogging venue.

The news about gmail accounts being suspended because people are not using their full name in Goggle+ has me annoyingly worried.

your full name is the only required information that will be displayed ... Your profile is all about you, and you deserve to be in control of your information.

They seem to be a bit confused.

LJ is being wonky still.

The coffee - the coffee isn't helping. I want to curl back up in bed.

The more familiar the world becomes, the less information your brain writes down, and the more quickly time seems to pass.

When you stop to smell the roses, it's as though that's a totally new experience in that moment, instead of something that you are casually familiar with. Perceptual time slows down even if only for split seconds. Paying attention to detail makes time seem slower and longer and more novel and drawn out.

Also, I would love to have a conversation with this Eagleman guy.
