I got to listen in on a conversation with the manager of the Movie Tavern. I called to find out if they still have my debit card from when I was there Monday night. I was transferred presumably to the manager, but somehow ended up muted on his speaker phone. I'll tell you what, after listening in, I actually feel like I make a good decision frequenting that place. The guy was quite pissed at how the servers had been acting and leaving messes the previous couple nights. He was getting ready to meet with his team leads and with the servers during the course of today over how things have been running. He was none too happy. I don't mind going to a place when I know that the people in charge are doing their best to take care of business and keep everything moving smoothly.

I almost felt like I was inside a Kitchen Nightmares episode, sans the great Ramsay accent.

So, now time to call back and try again to retrieve my credit card.

I know "their" is possessive, and I know "they're" is short for "they are". I know when it's wrong when I'm reading something. It sticks out like a sore thumb.

So then, why the hell can't I get it right when I'm actually in the process of typing something out. I'm ALWAYS having to go back and correct myself after the fact, and it's annoying as hell.

I like that this little article goes a long way to show how the female body comes in all different sizes, and why the runway model outfits don't always fly in the real world.

A real woman in...Victoria Beckham's dress
