Mother Nature Thumbs Her Nose
Apr. 9th, 2009 05:04 pmMother Nature definitely heard
disgruntledgrrl griping about the recent dirty rain (see last couple of lines of post).
However, instead of making it better for us, Nature decided to show off her might.
The day had a few rain drops this morning - nothing to write home about, followed by quite warm temps, and was topped off with what at first seemed like a dust storm, but come to find out is another smoke storm. BTW, that article lies. That smoke extends much further east than just downtown FTW. At least so far it's still not as bad as what we hada few years back a decade ago. I can't believe it's already been a decade since that last major smoke storm.
No wonder why my lungs hurt being outside.
At least the typical spring tornado warnings will be to our northeast this go round.
