Rejection Has Its Benefits
Jan. 3rd, 2008 12:51 amSo I think most people have heard the stories of persons getting rejected when they try to join eHarmony.com
Have you seen the new commercials for Chemistry.com? It's in direct response to the rejection letters handed out by eHarmony. Their tag line is "Diverse, passionate people that spark real chemistry."
One very obvious comparison between the two sites, considering that there's not much difference, is the "I am a _____ seeking a _____" selections on the primary screen form. It could still be a bit larger a selection, but at least Chemistry's still has twice the functionality as eHarmony's.
Oh, and the parody of the Chemistry.com commercial is priceless.
