All in a day's work

It is the rarest of instances that a dad calls to discuss (yes, I did say discuss) their child's fee, then the mother calls to yell at me 5 minutes later, then she calls back again 15 minutes later to argue some more for a couple minutes before hanging up on me, then she calls back after another 15 minutes to....

I think I just had a heart attack....the mom APOLOGIZED!

Of course, there were 40 termination letters going out today. That was just the result of one of them.
