I have 6 classes left to graduate. I've had six classes left for a year and a half now. My degree will read Bachelor of Science in Interdiscplinary Studies. The degree title, which won't appear on the diploma unless I add it, is Research Basics in Artificial Intelligence. Supposedly if I get all A's in the next 6 courses then I'll graduate with top honors.
I feel absolutely useless. I feel like there is absolutely nothing that I could possibly contribute to the field of AI that someone smarter, younger and more talented hasn't already thought up.
Yet I keep persisting. Dictionary.com: To hold firmly and steadfastly to a purpose, state, or undertaking despite obstacles, warnings, or setbacks.
Yeah, I'm totally insane.
EDIT: registering for Discrete Math tonight - shelling out $1k - this degree better be worth it
