Supposedly there was a winner (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0795300/episodes#season-1), but Cassandra Peterson's Wikipedia entry states:

The show however, was not created to find a replacement, but rather to find an additional Elvira to help assist with appearances. Cassandra continues to make appearances as Elvira.
