Sometimes I Kill Myself

trickykittyI watched The Fall this evening and it is punctuated at the beginning and end by Beethoven's 7th.
Aside from being a famous piece, I knew I recognized it from another movie. I remembered it was another beginning or end of a movie that didn't require words for you to grasp what you were viewing. I knew it was just as poignant a song when I heard it on that previous movie as it was while watching The Fall.
My search yielded The Fall and Knowing, which I haven't seen yet, and I knew I recognized it from some movie that I had seen quite a long time ago and obviously not recently enough to recall.
I combed Google for a little while, until I finally saw it.
This is yet again another time when I want to take an ice pick to my brain for being so torturous to me.
It's from the ending sequence for Zardoz.
Fucking Hell.
